Surface coating operator wanted in Brantley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Brantley County, Georgia. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
