Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
