Solid plasterer • Chaffee County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Chaffee County, Colorado. The job is at a new-build housing development. The role involves apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. You should have: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • CSCS card or willing to obtain one Rotating shifts.
