Café server — Roosevelt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Roosevelt County, New Mexico. The job is at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
