Great opportunity: we are hiring a decorator in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will be based at a property maintenance company. On a typical shift you will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; sand and fill walls before applying primer; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller. Ideal candidate: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
