Machine setter-operator wanted in Cass County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Cass County, Texas. You will work on a production line. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges The role involves: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
