Plant operator (dozer) — Wichita County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Wichita County, Texas. The job is at an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; refuel the machine and record running hours; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
