Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Mills County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
