Line cook — Wabash County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Wabash County, Indiana. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
