Commis chef — Ekiti West

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Ekiti West, Ekiti State. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 1+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
