Dough maker — Johnson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Johnson County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
