Groundsman — Craighead County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundsman in Craighead County, Arkansas. The job is at a plant nursery. Day-to-day duties: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
