Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Cedar County, Missouri. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Full-time with occasional weekends.
