Join our team: we are hiring a steam press operator in Jones County, Texas. The job is in a tailoring workshop. You will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Part-time with flexible hours.
