Formwork erector — Barnsley

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork erector in Barnsley, England. You will work on a residential tower site. Your main tasks: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
