You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles The role involves seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
