Surface coating operator — Florence County

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Florence County, Wisconsin. The job is at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
