Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Blaine County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On a typical shift you will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit.
