Gas commissioning technician • Pawnee County, Oklahoma

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Pawnee County, Oklahoma. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. The role involves: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders 4+ years on the tools preferred.
