Waterproofing applicator • Lake County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Lake County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Working-at-height certificate an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
