Cnc lathe setter — Oneida County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Oneida County, New York. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
