Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Six days a week, one day off.
