Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Knox County, Kentucky. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish.
