Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Divide County, North Dakota. The job is at a property maintenance company. On a typical shift you will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Own brushes and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits.
