Urgent requirement: baker (Wisconsin)

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
