Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases On a typical shift you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
