Powder coating operator • Wayne County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Wayne County, Iowa. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Six days a week, one day off.
