Brick mason — Shiawassee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Shiawassee County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
