You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
