Baker — Kern County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Kern County, California. You will work at a busy bakery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
