Insulation worker — Rooks County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Rooks County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 3+ years on the tools preferred.
