Argon welder — Kurfi

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Kurfi, Katsina State. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator Pay around ₦190,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
