Coating plant operator — Skagit County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Skagit County, Washington. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
