Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Childress County, Texas. The job is at a wholesale meat market. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
