Requirements: • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash The role involves: • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
