Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Ohio County, Kentucky. The job is on a construction site. You will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
