Dish pit attendant — Navarro County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Navarro County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time, day shift.
