Overhead (EOT) crane operator • Ijebu North East, Ogun State

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Ijebu North East, Ogun State. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Your main tasks: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
