Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in St. Francis County, Arkansas. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred.
