Banksman wanted in Morgan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Morgan County, Missouri. The job is on a high-rise building site. Your main tasks: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
