Prep cook • Ifelodun, Kwara State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Ifelodun, Kwara State. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
