Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Westmoreland County, Virginia. The job is at a busy bakery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
