You should have: • Alert, disciplined and punctual • Basic reading of English and local language for registers On a typical shift you will man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block.
