Now hiring: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Wilkinson County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $8,000 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
