Rigger — Montgomery County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigger in Montgomery County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 6+ years on the tools preferred.
