Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Howard County, Missouri. The job is on a construction site. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Your main tasks: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Rotating shifts. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
