Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Union County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
