Formwork joiner — Kern County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Kern County, California. The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. You should have: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
