Tailor machinist — Dougherty County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Dougherty County, Georgia. The job is on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day to day you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
