Restoration bricklayer wanted in Barnwell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Barnwell County, South Carolina. You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding The role involves: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go 5+ years on the tools preferred.
